Overview

Energy healing is a gentle, no-touch practice that channels regenerating and empowering energy throughout your spiritual body. This work is not mine to control—I simply open myself as a vessel, and Spirit directs the energy exactly where it is needed, in exactly the amount and manner that serves your highest good. Nothing about this process is rigid; it unfolds as it's meant to, led by divine grace rather than technique.

During the Session

During our session, I enter an altered state of consciousness to connect with healing energy through my guides, in service to Spirit’s will. I channel this loving and intelligent energy to support your physical, mental, and spiritual healing—directing it, clearing what needs to be cleared, sealing what needs to be sealed. As the energy moves, I may perceive symbols or deeper knowledge about your state, always trusting that what comes through is exactly what is meant to.

Ultimately, the sustained journey of healing continues as you carry this clearer state of mind and action forward into your life.
