It depends on what you're seeking. How long does a session last?
The sessions run for 45 minutes.

Do sessions happen in person or online?
Currently, sessions are conducted exclusively online through video calls. Since energy transcends physical distance, these remote sessions offer the same efficacy as in-person gatherings. Face-to-face appointments are scheduled to become available in Bucharest by late 2026.

What languages are available for the sessions?
Sessions can be conducted in English, Romanian, or Spanish.

How should I prepare?
Come with an open heart and, if possible, a quiet space free of distractions. There's nothing specific you need to do to "get ready"—simply arrive as you are.

Can I record the session?
A Word document transcript of the session will be provided for you to save and refer back to at your convenience.

Will I get proof that what I'm receiving is real?
Every intuitive reading includes an evidential component—specific, personal details meant to remove doubt and confirm the connection. Trust is part of the process, but you're never asked to accept guidance blindly.

Is this a substitute for medical or mental health care?
No. These sessions are a meaningful complement to professional care, never a replacement. Please continue working with your doctor or therapist for any medical or psychological concerns.

Do you offer sessions for a specific concern, like grief or a relationship?
Yes. Let me know what's on your heart when you book, and I'll hold that intention as we begin—though Spirit and energy always have the final say in what comes through.

How do I book a session?
You can book directly through the website by selecting your session type and choosing an available time. An invitation will be sent to you shortly together with an email to complete payment through PayPal or Revolut (accepted currencies: USD, GBP, EUR, or RON). As soon as that is confirmed, the meeting link becomes activated.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel so the time can be offered to someone else. For changes made with less notice I will reimburse 50% of the payment.

What happens if I'm late?
Please try to arrive on time, as sessions cannot run past their scheduled slot to protect the next client's appointment. Late arrivals will still end at the original time.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments are accepted through PayPal or Revolut in the following currencies: USD, GBP, EUR, or RON.

Is a deposit required?
Full payment is taken at booking to secure your spot. If you need to reschedule with proper notice, this payment carries over to your new appointment.

What is your refund policy?
You are welcome to reschedule for a later date provided you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice. If the session does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to request a refund. Please be aware, however, that because sessions require dedicated time and energy, any future bookings will not be confirmed for you.

Is what I share confidential?
Yes, completely. Anything shared during a session, along with your personal details, is held in strict confidence and never shared with anyone.
